Trip to Southend - 29th June 2017
All the members of the Centre, accompanied by our team of volunteers, enjoyed a day at Southend on Sea.
The event was hosted at the Park Inn by Radisson and we had a private dining room which overlooks the Pier. There we enjoyed a 3 course meal and coffee.
Some of our members stayed at the hotel for the afternoon whilst others took the opportunity to do a bit of shopping at the Royals shopping centre next to the hotel.
A few brave souls went down to the seafront and, even after a splendid lunch, were unable to resist one of the delicious “Rossi” ice creams for which Southend is famous!
