The first Flower Club meeting of the new year!

Our members’ evening held on February 7th was entitled “Spring Into Action” and was not only a motivational call to all of us to get our arranging momentum going again after the Christmas break but also a handy reminder that warmer climes are just round the corner!

Amanda Waples and Jane Knight demonstrated a variety of floral techniques and then the members were supplied with all the flowers, etc, to try them for themselves. Everybody went home with a completed flower arrangement which demonstrated their skills.

We always welcome new members to the Thaxted Flower Club so why not make 2017 the year you try something new?
