Charity Band Night
At Newport Village Hall

Another Saturday night, another great reason to get off the sofa and go enjoy some great music! 2 well-know local bands, Rev 2 and Strike School, will be performing at Newport Village Hall on Saturday 21 April at 7.30pm - and all in aid of charity!

Walden-based covers band, Rev2, play a wide range of covers including Blondie, Fleetwood Mac, Kings of Leon and many more - guaranteed to contain some of your favourite live tracks, whatever style or era of music you’re into!

And if that doesn’t Rev you up enough, then rock band Strike School are sure to get all ages moshing with their high-energy set!

Tickets cost just £10 per person and are available from NISA Stores Newport and the Newport Working Men’s Club. There will be a pay bar available as well as a raffle featuring some great prizes!

And it’s all for a good cause, raising money for local charity The Kyangala Trust.

The Trust was formed with the aim of working with partners to help the Kenyan town of Kyangala with the day-to-day challenges it faces of overcoming poverty, a lack of clean water and education and the ever-present threat of AIDS/HIV.

So get on down to Newport Village Hall on Saturday 21 April for a great night out and a chance to contribute to a fantastic, locally-run cause!
