Get ready for a fantastic night of live music in Thaxted on Saturday, 4 March, as ‘Thaxted Live’ presents no less than six local artists guaranteed to fill the popular Bolford Street Hall venue!

Thaxted Live is a not for profit organisation that aims to build on the rich musical heritage of the town by initiating, organising, promoting and supporting live music events in the local area.

After expenses are covered all profits are used to support further live music events, improve local venues, buy PA and lighting equipment for community use, buy musical instruments for the school and local groups, provide technical support and provide or subsidise music tuition.

The March 4th line-up consists of Shoot The Moon, Moonshine Coyote, Shakey Jake, Pippa Hibbs, Chelsea Afton Andrews and Penny from Parrishes - all well known to local music fans and representing a range of rock styles to provide a little something for everyone during the evening’s revelry!

Doors open 7.30pm, with bands playing from 8 until the event close at midnight. There will be a pay bar available and, best of all, tickets cost just £7.50 (£8 online - see below)!
