*Medieval splendour: the new Tapestry dining room.

The Banqueting Hall, shimmering with candlelight for an unforgettable ceremony, photographs on the Tudor Bridge and your reception in the hall of the Mansion House overlooking the formal gardens and the lake combine to create a unique and timeless experience.

And, for the first time in nine hundred years, it will soon be possible to have your most special of days entirely within the Norman Keep itself.

The newly-restored ground floor, known as the Tapestry Room, gives an extra dimension to the existing multi-level Norman experience and will be set up as an atmospheric dining room during the Wedding Open Day to bring the new facility to full and fabulous life.

Go and look round and pick the brains of the wedding coordinators. Discuss flowers and favours, dining and dancing and soak up the living history as you let your imagination run wild!

The Hedingham Castle Wedding Open Day takes place on Sunday, March 1st from 11am - 4pm and admission is completely free.
