Little Scrummers Rugby is an exciting idea based on non-contact rugby for boys and girls aged 2 years to 6 years, which not only encourages them to have fun and play sport, but work as a team and share!

We don't just base our classes around Rugby, we actually have the children playing TAG RUGBY games from age 2! We have affiliations with local rugby clubs and work closely with their minis sections so progression into the club environment is easy and fun for your child.

Little Scrummers Rugby classes help to improve your child’s gross motor skills and sporting ability by introducing them to sport at an earlier age. It has a positive effect on communication and behavioural and social skills. We love the children to be outdoors and use pitches as much as possible, with all our classes being outside March to October.

We are all especially keen to get more girls into rugby. It's a game of

speed and agility and children don't play contact until year 4 at school (age 9) in clubs, so there is nothing to stop girls having a go. We are seeing more girls’ teams at local clubs which is a huge positive step for Rugby.

As a company we put the majority of profit made back into the community. We run events to raise funds and awareness, along with donating ourselves.  Supporting numerous charities – both local and national is very important to us.
