Shadowfax Technology, based on Chelmsford Road Industrial Estate in Gt Dunmow, has been awarded 4th place in the UK out of 501 providers of IT Support Services on the "MSPMentor" programme. 

The programme measures a variety of aspects spanning the company’s accreditations and qualifications to quality of customer service.

Shadowfax, now in its 25th year of operation, employs 11 people at its Great Dunmow head office where a range of IT support services and products are delivered to over 70 local businesses across Essex, Hertfordshire and London.
