Farmhouse Fundraiser
Supporting Aurora’s Army

Get on down to The Farmhouse Inn in Monk Street on Saturday 11 August (2pm) for a fantastic afternoon of live music and children’s entertainment - all in aid of ‘Aurora’s Army’ which supports local girl Aurora Rea by fundraising for essential treatment and equipment.

4 year old Aurora is as yet undiagnosed but suffers from cerebral palsy type symptoms and Global Development Delay. Her tough journey to be abel to walk and talk like her peers requires her to fight every day and work hard at various therapies including physio and speech therapy.

The money raised from the Farmhouse Fundraiser will be put towards a trike to help Aurora get out an about and her specialist treatments.

So what’s going on at the event?

Well, lunch will be served as normal between 12 and 2.30pm allowing you to stock up on energy for the afternoon. There will be live music and a variety of activities going on for children throughout the day, plus a tombola, raffle and more. There will also be a BBQ if the weather stays fine.

All activities will require a small donation to help raise money for Aurora. Entry is free of charge.
